  1. 5:30 PM – Barre Fusion / Stephanie (Needed: Light weights, band, ball or pillow - 45 minutes)

    • 9:00 AM – Yoga Flow / Ishia (Needed: Mat needed - 60 minutes)

    Thursday, April 8

    • 10:15 AM - Barre / Stine (60 minutes)
      5:15 PM - Cardio Sculpt / Danai (Needed: light weights and band - 45 minutes)

    Friday, April 9

    • 9:15 AM - ZUMBA / Steph (60 minutes)

    Saturday, April 10

    • Athletic Conditioning / Danai ON-DEMAND ONLY (Needed: Light/heavy weights - 45 minutes)
    • 10:15 AM - Barre / Danai (Needed: Light weights, loop band, ball - 60 minutes)

    Sunday, April 11

    •  Power Yoga / Ishia ON-DEMAND ONLY (Needed: Mat - 50 minutes)
