    6:00 PM – Barre Fusion / Danai (Needed: Light weights, band, ball or pillow - 45 minutes)

Wednesday, January 13

  • 10:30 AM – Yoga Flow / Ishia (Needed: Mat needed - 50 minutes)
    5:00 PM – Urban Dance Fitness ON-DEMAND / Steph G. (45 minutes) 

Thursday, January 14

  • 9:00 AM - Yoga Flow (Vinyasa) / Stine (50 minutes)
    5:00 PM - Barre / Danai (Needed: light weights and band - 45 minutes)

Friday, January 15

  • 9:00 AM - ZUMBA (ON DEMAND) / Steph (45 minutes)
  • 10:15 AM - Pilates Fusion / Carol (Needed: Thera-band, light weights, chair - 45 minutes)
  • 12:00 PM - Yoga Flow / Ishia (Needed: mat, blocks, band - 50 minutes)

Saturday, January 16

  • 9:15 AM - Athletic Conditioning / Danai (Needed: Light/heavy weights - 45 minutes)

Sunday, January 17

  • 10:00 AM – Barre HIIT / Danai (Needed: Light weights, loop band - 45 minutes)
    11:15 AM – Power Yoga / Ishia (Needed: Mat - 50 minutes)
